This Privacy Policy describes how the Cellmino mobile application (the "App") collects, uses, and protects information when you use it.
By installing, opening, or playing Cellmino, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and agree to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who we are
Cellmino is operated by the publisher of the Android package com.valentoapps.cellmino. References to "we", "our", or "us" mean that publisher (Valento Apps).
2. What Cellmino does
Cellmino is a casual grid puzzle game. You place shapes onto a board, clear lines (and related patterns), choose Classic or Numbers play modes, keep a local high-score run, and may hear procedural sound effects. You can optionally watch a rewarded ad to continue after a game over, and you may see banner and interstitial ads as described below.
The App does not require a Valento Apps account and does not sync your scores or settings to Valento Apps servers. An internet connection is used for ads, Google Play updates / consent messaging, and opening linked legal or store pages. Core placement gameplay runs on your device.
3. What data we collect
3.1 Local preferences and progress on your device

Preferences and local progress stay on your device. We do not upload your gameplay history to Valento Apps servers.
3.2 Advertising and consent (Google)
Cellmino shows Google AdMob ads:
- Banner — small ads on the home screen.
- Interstitial — full-screen ads paced after some game overs when you
choose Play Again (not on every mid-run restart).
- Rewarded video — optional; watching a rewarded ad may let you
continue one run after a game over (board soft-cleared and tray refilled).
Before ads are requested where required by law, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to gather consent or show other privacy messages. Where required, the home screen may include a Privacy options entry so you can review or change ad privacy choices.
When ads are served, Google and its partners may process device and ad identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, interaction data, and similar signals under their own policies. We do not sell your data. We do not receive a copy of your full advertising profile from Google.
We do not control Google's or its partners' independent processing. Their practices are governed by their own policies. See section 4.
Cellmino is configured as not child-directed (age 13+). See Google's policies for how AdMob treats that signal.
3.3 What we do not collect
We do not:
- require sign-in or create player accounts,
- sell your personal data,
- embed a separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK for core gameplay,
- collect payment card data inside the App UI (there are no Valento Apps card forms in the App),
- collect precise GPS location,
- access your contacts, camera, microphone, or photo library for core gameplay.
Aggregated diagnostics or crash statistics may still appear in Google Play Console on Google's side; we do not embed a separate crash SDK in the App.
3.4 Device permissions and network (Android)

Cellmino does not require camera, contacts, microphone, or fine location for its core loop. If a future version requests optional sensitive permissions, the App and this policy will describe them.
4. Third-party services

Optional links from the App (Privacy Policy, Terms, Play Store) open in an external browser or system sheet. Those destinations have their own policies.
5. How we use data
We use on-device data and advertising infrastructure to:
- operate Cellmino on your device,
- store and restore local settings,
- show banners, paced interstitials, and optional rewarded continue ads,
- honour consent / privacy choices collected through UMP,
- respond to support requests if you contact us,
- comply with law and store policies.
6. Your choices
- Clear App data or uninstall the App to remove local Cellmino data from the device.
- Mute sound in the App (stored locally).
- Privacy options (when shown) to review ad privacy choices via Google's form.
- Skip or decline optional rewarded continue ads; you can still start a new run with Play Again.
- Contact support@valentoapps.com with privacy questions.
You can also limit ads personalisation in your device or Google account settings where Google provides those controls.
7. Retention and deletion
Local preferences remain until you change them, clear App storage, or uninstall the App. In-session board state is temporary and ends when you leave or restart a run. We do not retain your scores on our servers because the App does not upload them.
Advertising and consent records held by Google are retained according to Google's policies.
8. Children and parental responsibility
Cellmino is not directed at children under 13 and is intended for users 13 years of age or older, consistent with our Terms of Service.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 for our own systems (the App has no Valento Apps account).
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for:
- preventing under-age use of the App on devices they control,
- supervising Google Play and advertising interactions,
- decisions about installing the App on shared devices.
We are not responsible if a person under 13 uses the App because a parent, guardian, or other adult installed it, shared a device, ignored age ratings, or otherwise allowed access in breach of our Terms.
If you believe a child under 13 has contacted us (for example by email) in a way that requires deletion under applicable law, contact support@valentoapps.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete information we control.
Third-party advertising may process data under their own rules when ads are used. See sections 3.2, 4, and Google's policies.
9. International processing
If you use the App outside the publisher's country, your information may be processed by Google and other partners in other countries as described in their policies. We do not operate a separate Cellmino gameplay backend that stores your scores or settings.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App changes. The "Last updated" date is the source of truth. Material changes will be announced in the App or on our website when practical.
Continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy takes effect means you acknowledge the updated policy. If you do not agree, stop using the App and uninstall it.
